Domaine Roger Neveu Sancerre 'Cote des Embouffants' 2017

Records show that the Neveus have lived in the region since the 12th century and have been farming there since 1641. Now headed by brothers Eric and Jean-Phillippe, the family cultivates 25 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, creating delicious and terroir-reflective bottles. Fruit for ‘Cote des Emouffants’ comes from limestone soils and steep vineyard sites. Juice is fermented and raised in tank to preserve acidity and freshness.
