Chateau La Grande Roche (Forman) Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2017

Château La Grande Roche is the second label from Forman Vineyard, both of which are owned and operated by Ric Forman. A Napa Valley legend, Forman began making wine in the region back in 1966 and has since become one of its most iconic producers. This Cabernet Sauvignon is vinified in steel and aged 21 months in once-used French oak. The wine is dark and dusty, showing notes of licorice, red currants, and tobacco.
