Marguet 'Shaman' Extra Brut Rose Champagne 2016

Benoit Marguet represents the fifth generation of this historic Ambonnay based estate. His family has been cultivating the land since the 19th century, and in 2006, Benoit made the choice to convert all farming to organic and biodynamic, after his two year old daughter was diagnosed with a rare form of leukemia caused by chemical treatments. This refreshing rosé Champagne shows notes of sour cherry, lemon, tart plums, and bread.
