Domaine Didier Fornerol Bourgogne Blanc 2017

Didier Fornerol was the former vineyard & cellar manager at Domaine de l’Arlot. He left to take over his family’s estate back in 1999 and now works six hectares of vines across various appellations, emphasizing whole cluster fermentations and precision in the cellar. His Bourgogne Blanc is rocky and mineral-laced, showing flavors of lemon, wet stones, & flint. Bright acidity and strong structure lead to a lasting finish. A steal for the price!
