Ameztoi Rose 'Rubentis' Txakolina 2018

Ameztoi is one of Txakoli’s top producers. The estate is comprised of 20 hectares, focused on cultivating indigenous varieties. Fruit for ‘Rubentis’ is fermented in stainless steel and bottled with natural residual carbonic acid (AKA, spritz!) The wine shows notes of salty citrus, tart grapefruit, and strawberries, loaded with lip-puckering acidity. This is one of the most thirst-quenching wines we’ve ever tasted!
