Clos Ste Magdeleine Cassis Rose 2018

Clos Ste Magdeleine has been producing wines in Cassis since 1860. Now headed by Francois Sack, viticulture is executed organically and sustainably, producing terroir-reflective and ‘sun-kissed’ bottles. The 2018 Cassis rosé is savory and satisfying, showing notes of tart red fruit, watermelon, flower petals, and salty sea air. A true Provencal classic!

Soft-spoken juicy southern French stalwart that occasionally pops up as a light soft varietal wine but is more often used as a versatile blending agent. Especially prized for rosés in the Languedoc.

Provence, France

Lavender-scented, herb-infused hub of Mediterranean France, and more than a rosé pumping station. Savory whites from local grapes and spicy, ageworthy reds from Mourvèdre are not to be missed.
