Keller Riesling 'Limestone' Kabinett Rheinhessen 2018
Regarded the best producer in Germany’s Rheinhessen region, Klaus-Peter Keller took over his family’s estate in 2001, focusing on single-vineyard, old vine Riesling. Dubbed the ‘Montrachets of Germany,’ these wines are known for their complexity, weight, & texture. ‘Limestone’ Kabinett is gorgeously supple and juicy, with fermentation halted around 40g. The wine oozes with notes of white peach, ripe citrus, & wet stones. Pair with Asian takeout!
