Hudelot-Baillet Chambolle-Musigny VV 2016

Founded in 1981 by Joel Hudelot and Chantal Baillet, this Chambolle-Musigny based estate is now headed by Joel’s son-in-law, Dominique Leguen, a serious advocate for low yields and lutte raisonée farming. The Chambolle-Musigny ‘VV’ shows complex, lively flavors of red and black fruits, noted with zesty, blood orange like acidity and a vibrant finish. Fresh and energetic, delicious with mushroom-based dishes or grilled meats!

Pinot Noir

Eloquent dynamic charmer of wine drinkers. Thin-skinned early-ripening seducer of wine growers. Planted everywhere but great in only a few (cool-climate) spots including its homeland of Burgundy.

Burgundy, France

The most revered, fetishized wine region on earth and the spiritual home of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Reaching from Chablis down to Beaujolais, it sits on a limestone outcropping in central France.
