Bernard Boisson-Vadot Bourgogne Blanc 2016

The Boisson family roots run deep in Meursault, dating back some 200 years. Today, the estate is run by father-son duo Bernard and Pierre, who produce wines without excessive oak or batonnage, creating earth-driven bottles full of depth and complexity. The 2016 Bourgogne Blanc ferments spontaneously and ages in barrel, showing flavors of lemon, honeysuckle, and green apple, giving way to a refined, clean finish. Solid deal for the price!
