Domaine Coche-Dury Bourgogne Aligote 2012

Created in 1975 by the legendary Jean-Francois Coche, Domaine Coche-Dury is now headed by his son, Raphael, and daughter-in-law, Christine. Known for their traditional winemaking techniques, the duo maintains the family’s old-school style, farming 9 hectares of vines across six communes in Burgundy. The 2012 Aligoté is the winery’s more affordable bottling, showing the same excellence and thirst-quenching goodness as their classic Chard cuvées.
