Chateau de Bonnezeaux VdF 'La Montagne - Salve Regina' 2017
Chateau de Bonnezeaux’s rich history dates back to the 19th century, though it wasn’t until 2012, when Guyonne Saclier de Batie and Mark Angeli began reworking the soils, producing high quality Chenin from four hectares of vines. Fruit for ‘La Montagne - Salve Regina’ comes two different plots, 40 and 70 years in age, vinified bone-dry. Stony and crisp, with zesty acidity, fruit-forwardness, and a crazy food-friendly nature.
The elastic electric Daniel Day-Lewis to Chardonnay’s dependable dashing Tom Cruise. Other than Riesling no wine grape expresses its gripping intensity in such a wide range of styles.More wines with this grape
