Marengo Muscat du Cap Corse 2010

Hailing from the foot of San Angelo in the heart of Patrimonio, fruit for Marengo’s Muscat du Cap Corse receive abundant sunshine, allowing sugars to reach optimally high levels for producing this stunning dessert wine. Light skin contact and vinification on the lees add nuanced aroma and texture, then fortify the wine with neutral grape spirit. The result is a deliciously sweet wine, full of honeyed yellow flavors and undertones of herbs. Pair with blue cheese or fruit desserts for an out of this world experience.
