Founded by Stéphane Erisse, named for his grandmother, Domaine Andrée comprises 3 hectares in Saint-Cyr-Le-Bourg, dedicated to Grolleau, Cab Franc, and Chenin. No chemicals & minimal intervention are used in the vineyards, giving way to healthy wines, full of aromatic complexity and lively structure. The 2015 ‘l’Envolee’ is Grolleau based, oozing with crunchy dark berry notes & fresh cherry undertones. Serve slightly chilled & get ready to chug!
