Forty Ounce wines are produced with sustainably farmed grapes and without the use of pesticides. The 2016 red is 100% Gamay from Gaillac, grown by Olivier David, a 7th generation grape grower. Juice vinifies with native yeast in concrete, followed by light filtration. Light, juicy, and super easy to drink-- a porch staple!
