Jolie-Laide North Coast Rose 2017

Wind Gap winemaker Scott Schultz brings his winemaking talents to Jolie-Laide, a small production winery situated in the heart of Sebastopol, California. Their 2017 rosé is 100% old vine Valdiguié, farmed organically and picked early. Whole cluster pressing and a combination of steel, concrete, and oak, give way to a wine full of bitter orange, citrus, and tart red fruit notes. Food-friendly and delicious, perfect for year-round consumption.
