Ameztoi is one of Txakoli’s top producers, comprised of 20 hectares of Atlantic-influenced vines. Now headed by seventh generation Ignacio, wines focus on indigenous varieties, fermented in stainless steel and bottled with natural residual carbonic acid (AKA, spritz!) ‘Hijo de Rubentis’ is a bubbly varietal 100% Hondarrabi Beltza, showing notes of zesty grapefruit and tart red berries.
