Ameztoi is one of Txakoli’s top producers, comprised of 20 hectares of Atlantic-influenced vines. Now headed by seventh generation Ignacio, wines focus on indigenous varieties, fermented in stainless steel and bottled with natural residual carbonic acid (AKA, spritz!) The ‘Rubentis’ rosé is a 50/50 blend of Hondarribi Beltza & Zuri, oozing with notes of salty strawberries and minerals- one of the most thirst-quenching rosés we’ve ever tasted!
