Domaine Coche-Dury Bourgogne Aligote 2013

Created in 1975 by the legendary Jean-Francois Coche, Domaine Coche-Dury is now headed by JF’s son, Raphael, and his wife Christine; known for their old-school style and traditional winemaking techniques, the duo maintains the family’s original style, farming 9 hectares of vines across 6 communes in Burgundy. Their 2013 Aligoté is straightforward and pure, with tangy fruit flavors and a zesty backbone of acidity; great with sushi and salads.
