Railsback Freres Rose 'Les Rascasses' Santa Ynez Valley 2017

Produced in California’s Santa Ynez Valley, Railsback Frères ‘Les Rascasses’ rosé offers refreshing, fruit-forward notes of citrus and strawberry. The wine is comprised of 50% Grenache 25% Carignane, and 25% Cinsault, aged five months in neutral French oak. Rich yet satisfying, this Tempier-inspired bottle pairs perfectly with goat cheese, crunchy salads, and bouillabaisse.

Ubiquitous red grown all over France; Spain (Garnacha); Italy (Cannonau) and the New World. Pale in color but otherwise a hardy richly fruity colossus in blends and varietal wines alike.

The ultimate in sunny, borderline tropical Southern California, yet influenced enough by Pacific Ocean fogs to provide cool-enough conditions for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, its twin wine beacons.
