Domaine Joblot Givry 1er Cru Blanc 'En Veau' 2016

Situated in Burgundy’s Cote Chalonnaise, the wines of Givry are known for their refined elegance and spicy character-- and winemaker’ Juliette Joblot’s bottles are no different. Their 13.5 hectares are farmed all sustainably, with cold macerations, separate parcel vinification, indigenous yeasts, and a non-interventionist mentality all implemented. The 2016 ‘En Veau’ is luscious and concentrated, with creamy notes of stone fruit and nuts.
