Their 13.5 hectares are farmed all sustainably, with cold macerations, separate parcel vinification, indigenous yeasts, and a non-interventionist mentality all implemented. The 2016 ‘En Veau’ is luscious and concentrated, with creamy notes of stone fruit and nuts.
