Marie et Florian Curtet Roussette de Savoie 2016

Ideally surrounded by the lakes and mountains of eastern France, Marie and Florian Curtet farm their five hectares of vines all biodynamically, paying meticulous attention to the vegetation around the vineyard, as well as the siliceous, sandy soils. The 2016 Roussette is made from 100% Altesse, abundant in zesty acidity, minerality, and a serious sense of place. Pair with seafood, salads, or simply serve on its own as a thirst-quenching aperitif.
