One of California’s classic producers, fruit for Kistler wines comes from vineyards across Sonoma County, benefiting from marine influence and cool breezes. Juice ferments with native yeasts, followed by aging sur lie in French oak, bottled unfined and unfiltered. ‘Hyde’ Carneros oozes with flavors of stone fruit and lemon; rich and round, with balanced oak influence and saline-tinged acidity.
