With 21 vintages under his belt, Vincent Paris has become a legend within Cornas, producing insanely drinkable wines from his six hectares of vines, ranging up to 90 years in age. ‘La Geynale’ comes from 100 year old vines, with 100% of fruit whole cluster fermented. The 2016 bottling is concentrated and ripe, with stony, dark fruit flavors and heavy tannins. Drink in a few years alongside game, roasted meats, or steaks on the grill.
