Angelo Negro Roero Arneis 'Serra Lupini' 2016

Known as the first producers of dry Arneis, the Negro family has pioneered this long-forgotten grape variety for decades, giving their white variety vineyards just as much attention as their beloved Nebbiolo. Fruit comes from Monteu Roero, from calcareous sandy soils; malo is avoided, followed by aging in stainless steel and aging for four months on the lees. Floral, yellow fruited, and full of salty freshness.
