Now on their fourth generation of winemakers, Génot-Boulanger produces classic wines from 22 hectares scattered from Chambolle Musigny to Mercurey. Organic and biodynamic conversion has been in progress since 2008, seeking to produce the most terroir-driven wines as possible. The 2015 ‘Les Folatieres’ is juicy and ripe, with notes of yellow fruit, balanced oak, and striking minerality. Pair with savory chicken dishes or rich cream sauces.
