Single-vineyard Garnacha created by one of Castilla y Leon’s most innovative winemakers, Daniel Landi. Fruit for ‘Cantos del Diablo’ grows in granitic soils, farmed organically and biodynamically. Whole cluster fermentation, followed by 1 year+ elevage in French oak. Red fruited, mineral driven, and insanely drinkable. One of Central Spain’s best bottles.
