Founded by Nick and Jeanette de Luca, now headed by Ryan Roark, this flavor-packed bottle is crafted from mostly organic fruit grown in Happy Canyon, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 1.5 years in French Oak, 15% of which is new; sappy, dark fruited, and full of warming vanilla undertones.
