Enrolling in oenology school at the young age of 16, Laura Lorenzo-DaTerra has become one of the most revolutionary winemakers in all of Galicia. This rare field blend of Mencia, Garnacha Tintorera, Merenzao, Gran Negro, and many more are destemmed and wildly fermented, aged for 11 months in used oak. Refreshing yet rustic, this traditional Spanish red works beautifully alongside fattier meat dishes, such as pork belly and barbecued ribs.
