This predominantly Godello bottling comes from a subzone of Ribeira Sacra, with grapes resting on skins for a short period of time. Barrel aging brings texture and complexity to this fuller bodied white, full of yellow stone fruit and notes of herbs. Serve alongside fatty fish, game, and savory chicken dishes.
