Goyo Garcia Viadero Ribera del Duero Tinto 'Finca Vinas de Arcilla' 2012

Sole varietal wine produced by Goyo Garcia Viadero. Fruit comes from old vines rooted into clay soils at 800+ meters above sea level, giving way to a silky yet full-bodied wine of luscious red fruit and well integrated tannins. Perfect with mushroom based dishes, veggie burgers, and juicy white meat.

Spain’s dark and powerful headliner in Rioja, Ribera del Duero and further afield. More force than finesse and somewhat tricky to pin down aromatically it is appealingly silky and low in acid.
