Unique blend of Albillo, Moscatel, and other Spanish varieties, hailing from San Martín de Valdeiglesias. Cold maceration for six hours adds texture and depth to the wine, followed by slow, 40 day fermentation in both steel and tank. Fresh and aromatic, with a unique sense of place. Serve alongside fresh fish, sushi, and savory chicken dishes.
