Frederic Savart 'Mont Benoit' Extra Brut Champagne 2013

Frederic Savart imparts his talents on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vines, situated in the neighboring villages of Eceuil and Villers-aux-Noeuds. ‘Mont Benoit’ is comprised of 95% Pinot Noir, giving way to a fuller-bodied, luscious wine. Complex, textured, and extremely balanced, the wine is perfect with fresh seafood, fried appetizers, or savory white meat dishes.

Eloquent dynamic charmer of wine drinkers. Thin-skinned early-ripening seducer of wine growers. Planted everywhere but great in only a few (cool-climate) spots including its homeland of Burgundy.
