Domaine Vacheron Sancerre 2016

Hailing from the easternmost parts of Sancerre, Vacheron’s cuvées are known for their distinctly flinty minerality, driven from clay-limestone soils. Fruit is hand harvested, fermented with wild yeasts, and aged in tank for four months. Refreshing, clean, and super easy to drink.

Sauvignon Blanc

Zippy aromatic vigorous white most readily associated with France (Sancerre; Pouilly-Fumé; Bordeaux Blanc) but truly a world-beater thanks to its citrusy grip and telltale herbaceous aroma.

Loire Valley, France

This epic waterway is France's best-known, with a diversity of viticulture that defies easy summarization; highlights include steely Sauvignon Blanc (Sancerre) and spicy Cabernet Franc (Chinon).
