After the crazy success of Trimbach’s Clos Ste. Hune, the family decided it was time to produce a second mind blowing dry Riesling; with that, Cuvée Frédéric Emile was born. Unlike the single vineyard style of Clos Ste. Hune, fruit for Frédéric Emile comes from two grand cru sites, with roots settled into stonly, clay and limestone soils. Dry and powerful, full of zesty minerality and zingy acidity. Pure and precise, with balanced, bready notes of earth and fruit. Developed, age-worthy, and an insanely good deal for the quality of the wine.
