Former motorcycle mechanic turned vigneron, Pierre Cotton’s holdings now cover 5 hectares across some of Beaujolais’ most prestigious growing sites. Fruit for his ‘Beaujolais’ cuvée comes from thirty year old vines from an array of soils, including granite, schist, and limestone. Juicy and textured, with notes of earthy spice. Organically grown, vinified semi-carbonically, and produced sans soufre. Only 4K bottles produced annually.
