Boulay Sancerre 'Monts Damnes' 2016

First produced in 2004 on some of Sancerre’s steepest slopes, fruit for ‘Les Monts Damnes’ comes from vines averaging 45 years in age, keeping fruit concentrated and lush. High acidity gives backbone and structure to the wine; produced with the mentality that nature is the true maker behind the cuvée. Delicious now, will age gracefully.

Sauvignon Blanc

Zippy aromatic vigorous white most readily associated with France (Sancerre; Pouilly-Fumé; Bordeaux Blanc) but truly a world-beater thanks to its citrusy grip and telltale herbaceous aroma.
