Domaine Diochon Moulin-a-Vent 2016 Domaine Diochon has been crafting traditional style Beaujolais in the heart of Moulin-a-Vent since 1935, farming the pink granite slopes as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible. Fruit is hand harvested and whole cluster fermented, followed by 6-7 months of aging in large oak foudres. Vibrant, refreshing, and perfect alongside pizza, tacos, and grilled white meat.
