Joint collaboration between two of the Rhone’s most famous names. Fruit for this varietal Viognier come from a small, .3 hectare plot, with vines rooted into the region’s signature granitic soils. Fermentation takes place in egg-shaped cement, followed by 4-12 months of aging in used oak. Rich, floral-noted, and delicious on the table.
