Thibaud Boudignon Anjou Blanc 'a Francoise' 2012

Past harvests in Burgundy and Australia have made Thibaud Boudignon one of the most well-rounded newcomers to the Loire Valley’s winemaking scene. Based in Savennieres, all of Thibaud’s fruit is hand-harvested and farmed organically; ‘A Francoise’ comes from 35 year old vines rooted in schisty soils, giving way to a palate full of rocky minerality and flinty stone fruit.
