Brovia Barolo 'Ca' Mia' 2010
Founded in 1863, the Brovia family has been producing traditional Barolo in the heart of Castiglione Falletto for over 150 years. Fruit is farmed organically and comes a variety of Piedmontese ‘crus’; vinification is classic and rustic, aged in Slavonian and French oak for 1.5-2 years and bottled unfiltered. The 2010 vintage of ‘Ca’ Mia’ is loaded with tar-floral aromatics, full of juicy red fruit and grippy tannins. We’d lay this one down for a few more years.
