Brovia Barolo 'Ca' Mia' 2008

Founded in 1863, the Brovia family has been producing traditional Barolo in the heart of Castiglione Falletto for over 150 years. Fruit is farmed organically and comes a variety of Piedmontese ‘crus’; vinification is classic and rustic, aged in Slavonian and French oak for 1.5-2 years and bottled unfiltered. The 2008 vintage of ‘Ca’ Mia’ is concentrated and dark, with tar, smoky undertones and effortlessly elegant; will age gracefully over the next 20 years.
