Aurelien Chatagnier Saint-Joseph 2015

Founded in 2002, after years of meticulously working the vines at Domaine Jamet, Aurelien Chatagnier began renting one hectare of vines, eventually purchasing and replanting ten of his own, located in the northern portion of Saint-Joseph. The 2015 is organically farmed and hand-harvested, fermented with native yeast and aged in used oak; lean, dark-fruited, and impeccably balanced-- one of the greatest up & coming winemakers to watch!

Among the world’s greatest red-wine grapes reaching its violet-scented peppery zenith in France’s Northern Rhone Valley. Also known as Shiraz in Australia where warmer temps pump up its volume.
