Juice ferments with native yeasts, followed by aging sur lie in French oak, bottled unfined and unfiltered. The 2015 ‘Les Noisetiers’ is aromatic and bright, with flavors of honeysuckle, toast, and yellow stone fruit. Juicy and fresh, the wine is gorgeous alongside various poultry dishes.
