Burgundy legend Simon Bize does it again with this insanely delicious Chardonnay. The ‘Les Champlains’ vineyard was planted in the mid 1990s, producing rich, succulent fruit with balanced acidity. The final wine is luscious and textured, perfect with rich, creamy foods such as mashed potatoes and thick pasta sauces.
