Simon Bize Savigny-les-Beaune Rouge 'Aux Grands Liards' 2014

Located in the heart of Savigny-les-Beaune, the Bize name has become synonymous with structured, age-worthy Burgundy, produced from 23 hectares of deep-rooted vines. The 2014 ‘Aux Grands Liards’ is supple and bright, full of red berry and floral notes; whole-cluster fermented, unfined, and unfiltered, in traditional Bize style.
