Christophe Roumier Ruchottes-Chambertin 2015

When it comes to Burgundy, Roumier’s about as good as it gets. Hailing from a small .54 hectare parcel, Ruchottes-Chambertin is highly aromatic, showing floral tinged nuances of dark fruit and earth. Fresh and mineral driven, the wine is insanely balanced and unique-- a cuvée only Christophe Roumier and his unmatchable terroir could produce.

Pinot Noir

Eloquent dynamic charmer of wine drinkers. Thin-skinned early-ripening seducer of wine growers. Planted everywhere but great in only a few (cool-climate) spots including its homeland of Burgundy.

The most revered, fetishized wine region on earth and the spiritual home of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Reaching from Chablis down to Beaujolais, it sits on a limestone outcropping in central France.
