Bérêche et Fils was founded in 1847, creating complex, terroir-driven Champagne for over 150 years. Now headed by the young and innovative duo, Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche, the family’s nine hectares of fruit are farmed chemical-free and biodynamically, with cork closures used for secondary fermentation. The 2013 ‘Rilly-la-Montagne’ is rich and aromatic, with persistent bubbles, tart fruit flavors, & distinct minerality. Pair with savory dishes!
