Chateau Pape Clement Pessac-Leognan 2006

Founded in 1300, on Bordeaux’s esteemed Left Bank, Chateau Pape Clement has been crafting high-quality, Cabernet based blends for centuries. Current owner Bernard Magrez, alongside highly regarded Michel Rolland, have continued to transform this unique terroir, rivaling some of the greatest neighboring First Growths. The 2006 vintage is highly aromatic, showing a nose full of black currant, graphite, and red fruit. This 60/40 Cab-Merlot blend oozes with red fruit and earth, giving way to a long-lasting finish. Drink now or age for another decade.
