Isole e Olena IGT Toscana 'Cepparello' 2014

This ‘flagship’ wine from Isola e Olena is comprised of 100% Sangiovese, aged in French oak barrels for 18-20 months. Fruit for ‘Cepparello’ comes from some of the best vineyard sites in northern Chianti, with older vines giving way to high quality, concentrated fruit. Perfect with eggplant or chicken parmigiana, as well as pasta with red sauce.
