Weiser-Kunstler’s four hectares of vines are farmed all organically and biodynamically, most of which are old and ungrafted, located on steep terraces. All work is done by hand, giving way to complex, nuanced wines, from bone dry to ‘sticky’ sweet. The 2016 Riesling is dry, with stony minerality and lemon-lime zestiness, noted with juicy stone fruit flavors. Balanced, food-friendly, & easy to drink; a great gateway into the world of Riesling.
